Abstract. The investigation of the properties of the antimicrobial peptides is a field of remarkable interest to discover its mechanism of action and develop strategies for new biotechnological applications in medicine and plant protection. The thermodynamic parameters of interactions and the structure stability of antimicrobial peptides have not been studied in detail. The computational methods have become a tool increasingly widely used in the last 10 years to study the structure of these biomolecules.
